10	1	TROTSIE	Got its head up on leaving the barriers and was bumped, which shifted out and as a result lost ground. Rider reported the gelding did not handle today’s heavy 10 track conditions and may have come to the end of its preparation.
8	2	LICORICE PRINCE	Approaching the 1200m shifted in away from another runner. Rider reported the gelding pulled up distressed. Vets examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormality
2	4	NO SHAME	Began awkwardly and shifted out bumping into another runner.
9	5	THE BRICKMAN	Rider could offer no explanation for the performance of the gelding which finished at the rear of the field.
6	6	RAYSIM	Shortly after the start was tightened for room. Laid in under pressure in the straight.
5	7	BELLA ROYALE	Restless in the barrier prior to the start and was slow into stride. Rider explained that he was instructed to commence his run wider on the track and he looked to improve to the outside after passing the 200m, however, he felt there was not going to be sufficient room to do so, therefore he elected to shift back in approaching the 150m to improve his position.
3	8	MAKE AN EFFORT	In the early and middle stages hung in.
7	12	IZZY GOOD	Rider reported the gelding did not feel right in its action. Vets examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormality.
