64BANDERSNATCHAt the 900m raced ungenerously and got its head up momentarily. When qst re performance, rdr was unable to offer any explanation for the disappointing performance. Std mnt travelled strongly outside leader, however failed to respond to riding in the straight. A post-race vet exam revealed no abs. Tnr stated that the gelding, which was resuming from a spell, would derive a fitness benefit from the run and he advised that he was not overly disappointed with its performance after obtaining a position outside the leader and race favourite.
