1112BON ODYSSEYReared over backwards in the mounting enclosure and dislodged its rider who took an apparent harmless fall and underwent a veterinary examination on arrival behind the barriers and was passed fit to start. Trainers representative was advised a warning would be placed on the filly in relation to its pre-race manner and that the stable must continue to engage the services of a senior rider. A post race veterinary examination revealed the filly to be lame in its off hind and will require a veterinary certificate of soundness prior to trialling or racing again.
