121GET OVER ITRider advised the gelding failed to muster any early pace as a result of the early speed in the race and further that it may appreciate racing over an increased distance at its next start.
12TRANQUILLA SUNRISEIn relation to the apparent improved performance and the gelding leading the event as opposed to its last start where it settled in a rearward position, trainer advised at its last start it had settled further back in the field than anticipated whereas today it was ridden positively and he instructed its rider to ensure it was travelling strongly on the bit through the early and middle stages, however, to keep it balanced until the 400m as it has normally has a strong finishing sprint when ridden in this manner. He further advised he would instruct for it to be ridden in a similar manner .
