6	1	ICE MAKER	Slow into stride losing 1L and then was ridden vigourously through the early stages and worked hard in an attempt to obtain a forward position. Raced four wide without cover throughout.
5	2	TIME TO TRADE	Trainer later advised the gelding has since undergone corrective throat surgery.
1	3	KATISU	Taken outwards to secure clear running on straightening. In relation to the apparent improved performance compared to its start at Bunbury on 15 December, Trainer advised the gelding may have benefited with the addition of blinkers and racing over a decreased distance today. He further advised he would attempt to race it over the shorter distances in future.
3	4	SECRET ASSAULT	Lay outwards approaching the 600m.
7	5	HAMADA	Raced wide throughout. Crowded for a short distance when tiring on straightening. A post race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have returned with an elevated heart rate. Trainer advised consideration would be given to send the mare for a spell.
2	6	ELLENS CHOICE	Carried outwards marginally on straightening.
