72THE CELTTrainer was interviewed regarding a report from RWWA Investigators who attended her stables today and reviewed her medication records where it was established the gelding received treatment for a low grade respiratory infection and joint soreness since its last start. The gelding then underwent a Veterinary examination upon arrival on course and was passed fit to start. This information was subsequently disseminated. Impeded for clear running and taken inwards approaching the 200m.
33CANDLELIGHT STARCommenced awkwardly. Held up from on straightening until taken outwards passing the 200m. Lay inwards in the straight.
64MASQUERADELay inwards in the straight. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have returned with low grade lameness to its near-fore. Co-Trainer was advised that a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness will be required prior to it trialling or racing again.
