9	2	HAIL CAESAR	Rider reported that the gelding lay outwards for the majority of the event and in his opinion had resented the bubble cheeker. Trainer advised she would now remove this piece of gear for its future starts. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
8	3	WISE MONKEY	Over-raced in the early and middle stages getting its head in the air on several occasions. Held up for a short distance on straightening and taken inwards at the 300m to obtain clear running. Shifted inwards and bumped with another runner passing the 275m.
6	6	ALTA SULL'AMORE	Jumped awkwardly. Bumped another runner passing the 275m.
4	9	NONNA'S JEWEL	Steadied when racing keenly passing the 1000m.
